A high-growth consumer services company is looking for an energetic and persistent Customer Solutions Representative to join their on-site team in Phoenix, AZ. This is a front-line, high-impact role where you’ll revive leads and help boost customer engagement in a fast-paced and goal-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers daily.
• Reconnect with dropped or non-responsive leads, delivering a professional and empathetic customer experience.
• Use targeted messaging to re-engage potential customers and advance stalled transactions.
• Maintain detailed records of call activity, customer responses, and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine messaging strategies and improve lead conversion rates.

Desired Background:

• At least 1 year of experience in inside sales, customer outreach, or telemarketing.
• Experience in cold calling or outbound customer engagement is highly preferred.
• Strong follow-up skills with a proactive, self-starting attitude.
• Clear verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Must be based in or near Phoenix, AZ, with availability to work on-site and during staggered weekend shifts.
