Key Responsibilities

• Create lighting control layouts and project-specific specifications tailored to customer needs and project scope.
• Generate and manage submittal packages and related documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct material takeoffs and product selections based on system requirements and client preferences.
• Provide remote and onsite technical assistance, including diagnostics, problem-solving, and system verification.
• Perform pre-site evaluations to ensure readiness prior to system installation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on supported product lines and system capabilities.
• Manage project documentation and ensure accurate recordkeeping from concept to close-out.
• Update and standardize AutoCAD blocks and Bluebeam libraries for internal efficiency.
• Support sales and engineering teams in developing tailored controls solutions for diverse project types.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
• Experience using Bluebeam, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and a results-driven mindset.
• Availability to travel for project support, site visits, and client meetings as needed.
• Prior experience with lighting controls systems preferred.
