Technical Project Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE (Remote) - Consideration will be limited to individuals currently located within the GST zone.

Our client, a growing technology consulting organization, is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead software implementation initiatives and help organizations modernize the way they manage technology, information, and business operations. Focus

• Manage software implementation projects from initial planning through deployment, stabilization, and ongoing lifecycle activities.
• Build actionable delivery plans that define project objectives, timelines, milestones, resource requirements, and responsibilities.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, providing practical recommendations and clear direction when requirements or priorities evolve.
• Coordinate internal teams, technical specialists, and external stakeholders to maintain alignment throughout project execution.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, dependencies, and potential delivery obstacles, taking proactive steps to keep projects moving forward.
• Provide concise progress updates, maintain accurate project records, and communicate important decisions and next steps.
• Evaluate project performance and identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, collaboration, and client outcomes.
• Support the adoption of new technology solutions by helping stakeholders navigate implementation challenges and operational changes.

Skill Set

• 2 to 5 years of technical project management experience, including software implementations and application lifecycle management.
• Demonstrated ability to develop project schedules, coordinate resources, manage competing priorities, and deliver against established commitments.
• Strong client advisory skills, with the confidence to navigate uncertain requirements and recommend effective solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build productive relationships across technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Working knowledge of project planning and scheduling platforms such as Notion, Smartsheet,
• Microsoft Project, or comparable tools.
• Ability to understand unfamiliar technologies quickly and adjust project approaches to changing business and technical needs.
• Proactive, organized, and accountable working style, with sound judgment, responsiveness, and strong interpersonal awareness.
• Ability to work remotely during Gulf Standard Time hours (UTC+4). Candidates must be based in the GST time zone.
