Focus

• Lead all phases of commercial construction projects from planning and procurement through completion and turnover.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and financial reporting to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and vendor relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review project costs, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to maintain schedule and budget objectives.
• Coordinate with field leadership, design teams, owners, consultants, and trade partners to drive project execution.
• Oversee change order management, payment applications, and project documentation while maintaining contract compliance.
• Facilitate project meetings, communicate progress with stakeholders, and resolve issues that could impact project performance.
• Promote a culture focused on safety, quality, and operational excellence across all project activities.
• Support successful project closeout, documentation, and client satisfaction.

Skill Set

• Proven commercial construction project management experience with responsibility for full project execution.
• Experience managing budgets, project costs, schedules, subcontractor contracts, and change orders.
• Strong leadership, communication, budgeting, planning, and project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders while maintaining project priorities.
• Strong financial acumen with experience tracking project performance and forecasting outcomes.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Ability to build productive relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
• Proficiency with common construction management software and Microsoft Office applications.
