A pioneering manufacturer specializing in high-performance remanufactured components is searching for a dynamic Plant Manager to oversee full-cycle plant operations. Known for its innovation and excellence in sustainable manufacturing practices, this company is expanding rapidly and is investing heavily in operational leadership to support its next phase of growth.


In this pivotal leadership role, you’ll drive cross-functional initiatives, elevate production efficiency, and lead a talented team in a fast-paced environment. This opportunity is ideal for a manufacturing leader eager to leave their mark by shaping the future of advanced remanufacturing systems.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct daily operations across production, maintenance, quality, and logistics teams.
  • Develop and execute production schedules aligned with customer demand and capacity.
  • Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team including supervisors and floor staff.
  • Champion lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methods.
  • Optimize expenses, eliminate inefficiencies, and maintain the highest standards for product excellence
  • Manage financial plans and track critical metrics for performance, resource allocation, and output.
  • Maintain high safety standards and environmental compliance across all operations.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely procurement of parts and materials.
  • Provide executive leadership with clear and concise updates on production metrics, staffing, and plant performance.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Manufacturing, or related discipline preferred.
  • Proven track record of 5+ years in leadership positions overseeing operations or manufacturing facilities within automotive, industrial, or refurbishment industries.
  • Demonstrated success in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement leadership.
  • Strong people management and coaching skills across both hourly and salaried teams.
  • Deep understanding of operational finance, KPIs, and manufacturing metrics.
  • Skilled in enterprise resource planning software and production scheduling applications.
  • Proven expertise in safety management and adherence to environmental regulations
