VP of Sales
Location: Remote, Nationwide (Approximately 50% Travel)

As the organization's senior commercial leader for a critical market segment, you will play a pivotal role in defining go to market strategy, expanding relationships with hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, and emerging cloud providers, and positioning innovative cooling technologies that support the next generation of AI and high performance computing environments. Focus
- Lead the commercial strategy for a growing data center focused business across North America.
- Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives that drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high performing team of sales professionals while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Develop executive relationships with hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, and cloud infrastructure customers.
- Partner closely with engineering, operations, and executive leadership to deliver customer focused solutions.
- Guide forecasting, pipeline development, CRM management, and overall sales performance metrics.
- Evaluate competitive market trends and recommend strategic positioning and pricing initiatives.
- Support complex commercial negotiations and executive level customer engagements.
- Present business updates and growth strategies to executive leadership and other key stakeholders.
- Travel throughout the United States to support customer relationships, strategic planning, and team development.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of heat transfer sales experience supporting the data center industry.
- Demonstrated success developing and maintaining executive customer relationships within the data center market.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of thermal management and heat transfer technologies.
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent combination of technical education and consultative sales experience.
- Minimum of five years of outside sales leadership experience with a proven record of revenue growth.
- Experience leading high performing sales teams in complex technical markets.
- Strong strategic selling capabilities with the ability to engage senior executives and influence long term business decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Experience utilizing CRM platforms along with Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to travel approximately 50 percent nationwide.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with hyperscale cloud providers, colocation companies, semiconductor manufacturers, or AI infrastructure customers.
- Background selling highly engineered mechanical or thermal management solutions into mission critical facilities.
- Experience leading large scale strategic accounts with annual revenue responsibility approaching or exceeding one billion dollars.
