Operations Manager – Oilfield Services
Location: Williston, ND (On-site)

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee on-site operations, encompassing inventory control, logistics, storage, and revitalization of products at a major regional hub.
- Own the site's operational performance, KPIs, and employee leadership, acting as the senior-most authority on-site.
- Partner with sales, supply chain, and leadership teams to sync local operations with company-wide goals.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for productivity, scheduling, resource allocation, and cost control.
- Track labor costs and expenses, while forecasting growth and planning for different scenarios to stay on budget
- Create and foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Lead, coach, and mentor team members with an emphasis on performance development and team engagement.
- Take ownership of operational metrics including productivity, delivery timelines, and team performance.
- Implement and refine systems and procedures to increase efficiency and support sustainable growth.
- Act as the point of leadership for a remote site, representing the broader organization to internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive proactive identification of operational gaps and lead execution of effective solutions.
- Ensure accurate inventory control, quality processes, and timely customer order fulfillment.
Key Qualifications
- Prefer degree in relevant field or similar background.
- 5+ years in operational leadership roles within industrial services, manufacturing, or oilfield environments.
- Prior experience in organizations with field service, product lifecycle management, or equipment refurbishment.
- Background in fast-paced, growth-oriented settings where adaptability is key.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Proficient in ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and standard productivity tools.
- Experience leading teams to success in hands-on environments.
- Hands-on knowledge of shop or field operations with the ability to lead from a strategic level.
- Good at communicating and working with people at all levels.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be okay with occasional heavy lifting.
- Need to be based in Williston, ND – no remote option for this leadership gig.
