Shift Schedule: 2-2-3 rotation, 12-hour night shift (training provided on day shift)

Our client is expanding its on-site maintenance team at their modern Menomonee Falls facility and is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to help support 24/7 operations. This position offers a sign-on bonus, great shift stability, and the chance to work on cutting-edge manufacturing equipment in a highly collaborative setting.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute scheduled and emergency maintenance on high-volume production equipment, including molding machinery, automation systems, HVAC, compressed air, and chiller units.
  • Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs with minimal supervision.
  • Support and follow preventive maintenance programs across all equipment, ensuring compliance with production and safety schedules.
  • Assist with machinery setups, calibrations, and adjustments to meet changing production needs.
  • Read and interpret manuals, schematics, and work orders to perform diagnostics and servicing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve equipment issues efficiently and provide clear written documentation for maintenance activities.
  • Engage in continuous improvement by offering feedback on process documentation and contributing to system updates.
  • Maintain strong safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout procedures and forklift operations.


Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production maintenance environment, with hands-on exposure to both mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Technical certification or training from an accredited institution, or equivalent on-the-job experience.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting using hydraulic and electrical schematics.
  • Basic understanding of ladder logic or PLC programming.
  • Certified in LOTO and forklift operation (or willingness to obtain certification).
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently on assigned tasks and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
