Focus:
- Develop and drive wholesale channel marketing strategies for high-volume retailers, emphasizing packaging, point-of-purchase displays, and merchandising collateral.
- Serve as the internal authority on club and big-box retail operations, including seasonal planning, category opportunities, and compliance requirements.
- Foster and manage meaningful relationships with vendor marketing teams, buyer contacts, and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with creative and sales teams to craft compelling presentation decks, campaign assets, and promotional tools.
- Identify and capture new revenue streams within the wholesale vendor network, partnering cross-functionally to bring ideas to life.
- Ensure seamless program execution by aligning operational logistics, packaging standards, and fulfillment readiness.
- Contribute to long-term growth through strategic infrastructure planning and scalable retail expansion initiatives.
Skill Set:
- 5+ years in shopper, channel, or retail marketing—especially within packaging, CPG, or supply environments.
- Proven experience building marketing programs for club or warehouse-style retail partners.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and presentation abilities.
Preferred:
- Experience with packaging design or POP display execution.
- Familiarity with fulfillment, co-packing operations, or vendor–retailer compliance.
- Up to 35% travel willingness to support strategic retail partnerships.
