The Impact You’ll Make
- Architect scalable operations by building end-to-end processes, SOPs, KPIs, and dashboards for newly onboarded business units while standardizing quality and compliance.
- Lead post-acquisition integration across people, process, and performance metrics to realize synergies quickly and responsibly.
- Partner on target evaluation with founders and investment leads, assessing operational leverage, talent depth, and margin expansion opportunities.
- Drive diligence and onboarding for each acquisition, ensuring smooth leadership transitions and early-stage stabilization.
- Translate field needs into tech requirements, collaborating with product and engineering to automate core workflows and boost collector productivity.
- Champion change management, securing buy-in at every level so new tools and processes stick long after Day 1.
What Sets You Up for Success
- 7+ years in collections, receivables management, or other high-transaction services environments with direct P&L or large-team oversight.
- Track record of building process from scratch and scaling operations in fast-growth, acquisition-driven, or roll-up settings.
- Comfort leading through ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities.
- Bonus points for experience inside a PE-backed platform, chief-of-staff style roles, or hands-on M&A integration.
