Director of Product Strategy, Secure Network Solutions
Hybrid – Round Rock, TX (Austin metro) or Richardson, TX (Dallas metro)
A fast-growing cybersecurity innovator is redefining how enterprises defend their networks from modern threats. As Director of Product Strategy for Secure Network Solutions, you will own the end-to-end vision, strategy, P&L, and market success of a platform that spans Network Detection and Response, IDS / IPS, Secure Service Edge, and Zero Trust offerings. This is a high-visibility role that drives portfolio-level investment decisions, influences C-suite direction, and shapes how global customers stay ahead of an ever-changing threat landscape.
Reporting to the Vice President of Product, you are the portfolio owner responsible for revenue growth, margin expansion, and competitive differentiation. You will translate corporate objectives into an executable, multi-year roadmap, balancing innovation, technical debt, and market timing. While the current structure is lean, you will mentor and scale a team of product managers, establishing best practices and governance that fuel sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product portfolio strategy, P&L, pricing, and packaging decisions for Secure Network Solutions.
- Craft and socialize a data-driven, multi-year roadmap that integrates AI-powered analytics with Zero Trust principles.
- Build rigorous business cases that justify investments, quantify revenue impact, and guide resource allocation.
- Collaborate with engineering leadership to release high-value features on schedule while improving system stability and reducing accumulated technical debt.
- Collaborate with global sales teams on pipeline acceleration, strategic deal support, and field enablement content.
- Shape solution messaging, differentiation, and launch plans with marketing, analyst relations, and channel teams.
- Monitor emerging threats, regulatory changes, and competitor moves, then adjust strategy proactively to maintain leadership.
- Represent the portfolio at executive briefings, customer advisory boards, industry events, and analyst forums.
- Develop and optimize product management workflows, performance metrics, and oversight structures to support organizational growth.
What You Will Bring
- At least 10 years of product-management experience, including 5 plus years leading cybersecurity or network-security portfolios.

- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts as clear business value to senior executive audiences.
- Experience defining pricing and monetization models for subscription and SaaS offerings.
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with a track record of linking market insight to financial impact and portfolio performance metrics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven ability to lead and support product teams operating across remote and hybrid work environments.
- Prior engagement with Gartner, Forrester, or similar analyst communities.
- MBA or an advanced degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
Why Join
