The IT Support Specialist will lead the setup and integration of service software (FieldPulse, HubSpot or equivalent), while also supporting broader IT needs. The ideal candidate is passionate about systems optimization, has an aptitude for process improvement, and is eager to help a scaling company maximize its operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the internal point of contact for implementing service software, including configuration of job scheduling, invoicing, reporting, and user dashboards.
- Align software tools with company workflows by working closely with leadership, field teams, and operational stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver training programs to onboard staff across departments, ensuring strong user adoption.
- Provide ongoing troubleshooting and support, resolving system performance issues and user inquiries.
- Create clear and user-friendly documentation including SOPs, training guides, and system reference materials.
- Evaluate integration opportunities with platforms such as QuickBooks and CRM tools, and support system rollouts.
- Support other IT needs as appropriate, with potential for permanent placement and growth into broader technology roles.
Skills & Experience Required
- Demonstrated success in implementing service/field management software
- Strong IT support background, with comfort in systems configuration and software troubleshooting.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Clear communicator with experience in training and onboarding teams.
- Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Bonus: experience with network systems, security, or general tech support.
