Focus:
- Lead the design and execution of an enterprise AI and machine learning strategy aligned with operational and commercial goals
- Architect scalable data ecosystems including pipelines, APIs, and cloud-based infrastructure
- Develop and deploy machine learning models supporting predictive maintenance, demand forecasting, quality analytics, and process automation
- Integrate AI solutions with existing enterprise systems such as ERP and manufacturing platforms
- Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows across operations, supply chain, and commercial functions
- Partner cross-functionally with leadership teams to define use cases, measure ROI, and prioritize initiatives
- Establish best practices for data governance, model lifecycle management, and responsible AI usage
- Build and mentor internal technical capabilities, fostering a data-driven culture across the organization
Skill Set:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
- 7 or more years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data architecture roles
- Strong programming expertise in Python and SQL, with hands-on experience in modern ML frameworks
- Experience deploying solutions in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Deep understanding of data engineering concepts including ETL processes, APIs, and system integrations
- Proven ability to translate complex business challenges into scalable technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Background:
- Experience within manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain environments
- Familiarity with enterprise systems such as ERP platforms
- Exposure to computer vision, natural language processing, or time-series analytics
- Knowledge of regulated environments or data compliance frameworks
- Experience building AI programs in mid-sized or scaling organizations
