Senior Project Manager, Data Center Projects

What You Will Do

• Lead full lifecycle management of large-scale data center construction projects, from preconstruction through final delivery
• Drive project planning efforts, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure successful execution
• Oversee financial performance, including cost control, forecasting, and contract administration
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including clients, design teams, subcontractors, and internal leadership
• Manage procurement processes and negotiate agreements with vendors and trade partners
• Monitor project progress, proactively addressing risks, resolving issues, and maintaining timeline integrity
• Champion safety initiatives and enforce compliance with all regulatory and site-specific standards
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering accountability, communication, and high performance
• Ensure successful project closeout, including documentation, quality assurance, and client satisfaction

What You Bring

• 8 or more years of experience managing large-scale construction projects, with a focus on data centers or other mission-critical facilities
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience
• Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, scheduling, contract negotiation, and project execution
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, codes, and compliance standards
• Proven leadership ability with experience managing teams and coordinating diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency with construction management and scheduling software tools
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills in fast-paced project environments
• Flexibility to travel to regional project sites as needed
