Payroll & HRIS Analyst
Location: Hybrid in Sharon, PA and Youngstown, OH

What You Will Do
- Manage full cycle payroll for multiple U.S. employee groups, with occasional backup support for Canadian payroll activity
- Use Workday Payroll and UKG time data to validate earnings, deductions, shift premiums, and exception items before each pay run
- Review payroll tax balances, quarter end filings, and year end activities to support accurate multi state compliance
- Apply collective bargaining rules and internal pay practices across both union and nonunion populations
- Partner with HR, Finance, and site leadership to resolve pay issues, audits, off cycle payments, and employee updates
- Maintain payroll records, reporting, and reconciliations with a strong focus on controls, confidentiality, and data accuracy
- Identify process gaps and recommend system or workflow improvements that increase payroll efficiency and reduce errors
- Support audits, ad hoc reporting, and payroll related projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
What You Bring
- Hands on experience with Workday Payroll
- Background managing end to end payroll with minimal oversight
- Experience supporting both union and nonunion employee populations
- Strong understanding of multi state payroll compliance and payroll tax practices
- Experience working with payroll systems and timekeeping platforms such as UKG or Kronos
- Ability to interpret policies, pay rules, and payroll inputs with a high degree of accuracy
- Strong Excel, reporting, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented approach
- Payroll certification such as CPP or FPC is preferred
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or other large hourly workforce environments is strongly preferred
- Exposure to Canadian payroll support is a plus
