Telecommunications Lease Optimization Specialist

Location: Remote, Nationwide


A fast-moving organization supporting wireless infrastructure projects across the country is seeking a Telecommunications Lease Optimization Specialist to help drive complex real estate transactions from outreach through close. This is a strong opportunity for a professional who enjoys negotiation, high-volume deal activity, and working at the center of telecom growth initiatives. The right person will play a visible role in advancing lease strategy, improving transaction outcomes, and helping keep critical network projects moving forward.


What You Will Do

  • Lead negotiations with property owners for wireless lease amendments, access agreements, easements, consents, renewals, and rent restructuring
  • Develop basic cash flow comparisons and deal scenarios to support owner conversations and transaction decisions
  • Own a national pipeline of telecom real estate transactions, balancing closing goals, cycle times, and forecast accuracy
  • Create polished written, verbal, and virtual presentations for property owners, clients, and internal stakeholders
  • Review contracts, deed language, easement terms, and diligence materials to surface issues and keep transactions moving
  • Coordinate document execution, signature collection, and closeout follow-up to secure complete and timely returns
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and transaction reporting using tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Support outreach and lead generation efforts that open new opportunities with landowners and related stakeholders
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, landowners, and cross-functional partners throughout the transaction lifecycle


What You Bring

  • Experience in telecom leasing, site acquisition, real estate negotiations, or a closely related transaction-based role
  • Confidence negotiating business terms and managing multiple deals at different stages
  • Working knowledge of lease amendments, easements, consents, purchase rights, and related diligence materials
  • Ability to interpret basic financial models and use data to support negotiations
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment
  • Clear communication skills across phone, video, written, and presentation settings
  • Comfort using CRM systems and transaction tracking tools
  • Self-direction, sound judgment, and a strong follow-through mindset in a remote work setting
