Fire Sprinkler Field Lead

Our client is seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Field Lead to take ownership of commercial sprinkler installation work and provide hands-on leadership to field crews. This opportunity is well suited for a sprinkler professional who enjoys coordinating people, solving jobsite challenges, and seeing projects through from plans to successful completion. Focus:

• Lead commercial sprinkler installation activities from initial jobsite preparation through project completion.
• Oversee field activities and support crews in keeping project work coordinated and progressing efficiently.
• Use technical documentation and relevant industry standards to support accurate execution of onsite project work.
• Address field-related issues efficiently while helping maintain project progress and overall workmanship standards.
• Promote safe jobsite practices while maintaining high standards for workmanship and system installation.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders on scheduling, material requirements, site conditions, and field progress.
• Maintain visibility into onsite progress and adjust priorities as needed to support timely project completion.

Skill Set:

• Established background working directly with fire protection systems in commercial construction environments.
• Experience providing day-to-day leadership and direction to teams performing fire protection work in the field.
• Solid understanding of fire protection systems and the industry standards that guide their installation and operation.
• Comfort working from technical plans and project documentation to support accurate field execution.
• Demonstrated ability to organize field crews, delegate assignments, and maintain jobsite productivity.
• Effective at addressing project challenges, communicating with others, and supporting a positive customer experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining consistent performance and responsible field practices.
• High school diploma or equivalent and a valid, clean driver's license. NICET certification is a plus but is not required.
