The Opportunity
A nationally recognized specialty contractor that delivers large-scale electrical packages for data-center and other mission-critical facilities is expanding its project-management bench. You will join a collaborative team that embraces innovation, invests in professional development, and rewards results.

- Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life-insurance options starting on day one.
- 401(k) with dollar-for-dollar match on the first 4 percent of contributions.
- Generous PTO, paid holidays, and flexible scheduling that respects work-life balance.
- Defined career path - advance into Project Manager or Preconstruction within 18–24 months based on performance.
- Join an organization that is scaling quickly in one of construction’s fastest-growing niches - mission-critical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Senior PMs to translate client requirements into detailed work plans, milestones, and resource allocations.
- Track scope changes, maintain a living change-order log, and facilitate timely approvals with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain cost-control tools (S-curves, cash-flow forecasts, schedule of values) and flag variances early.
- Coordinate RFI, submittal, material take-off, and procurement workflows—mentoring Project Engineers on best practices.
- Oversee third-tier trade partners, verifying compliance with safety, quality, and contract standards.
- Support site-based quality-control and commissioning activities, ensuring documentation is complete for turnover.
