Location: On-site in Phoenix, AZ

A nationally recognized specialty electrical contractor is expanding its people operations team and seeking a Corporate Recruiter to support hiring across its Southwest operations. Reporting to the Corporate HR Manager, this role will lead full-cycle recruiting for craft, technical, and professional roles supporting major commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects. This is a high-impact seat for someone who loves building talent pipelines, shaping employer brand, and partnering with leaders who view recruiting as a competitive advantage.

What You’ll Tackle

  • Lead end-to-end hiring strategy: intake, creative sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiations for field and office roles.
  • Craft compelling job postings and social media content that reflect business needs and employer value proposition.
  • Optimize the ATS, keeping candidate statuses current while delivering a white-glove experience to applicants and hiring managers.
  • Develop campus, veteran, and trade-association relationships to ensure a steady flow of both active and passive talent.
  • Own pre-employment processes (reference checks, offer letters, onboarding checklists) and partner with HR colleagues on compliance reporting.
  • Track recruiting and turnover metrics, translate data into action plans, and present insights to leadership.
  • Collaborate with HR on employee-engagement surveys, performance-review cycles, and succession-planning tools that identify and retain high potentials.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within construction, skilled trades, manufacturing, or a similar high-growth, high-volume environment.
  • Demonstrated success using creative sourcing techniques, social media campaigns, and employee-referral programs.
  • Working knowledge of federal and Arizona employment regulations and best-practice HR fundamentals.
  • Proficiency with modern ATS / HRIS platforms plus MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at every level of the organization.
  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Why Join

  • Direct line of sight to leadership and the ability to shape recruiting strategy for a company building landmark projects across the Southwest.
  • Competitive salary, robust health benefits, 401(k) with match, and career-path visibility in a people-first culture.
  • Work on-site with a tight-knit HR team that values innovation, collaboration, and celebrating wins together.
