Skill Set:

  • 3+ years of roofing estimation or exterior-construction sales experience.
  • Proficiency with estimating tools such as Xactimate, The EDGE, or RoofSnap plus everyday office software.
  • Practical knowledge of steep-slope and low-slope roofing systems, local codes, and safety practices.
  • Documented history of closing projects ranging from $10K to $500K.
  • Comfort working at heights and outdoors in varied weather; ability to climb ladders and access rooftops.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record and willingness to travel throughout greater Phoenix.

Preferred & Bonus Skills:

  • SolidWorks or similar for component-level modeling and stress/deflection analysis.
  • Familiarity with cleanroom ISO classifications, radiation shielding, or other highly regulated facility standards.
  • Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and mentoring junior engineers.
