Electrical Maintenance Team Leader
Location: On-site in Sharpsville, PA
Schedule: Rotating schedule, six days per week with one weekday off. Candidates must be flexible to support the assigned shift.

Focus
- Provide day-to-day leadership for the electrical maintenance team while remaining actively involved on the production floor.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts involving PLCs, automation systems, electrical controls, motors, drives, conveyors, and overhead cranes.
- Support preventive and predictive maintenance initiatives that improve equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Coach, mentor, and develop maintenance technicians while promoting accountability and professional growth.
- Coordinate maintenance priorities with operations to maximize production efficiency.
- Respond quickly to equipment failures and provide technical leadership during troubleshooting and repairs.
- Identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes, equipment performance, and overall plant reliability.
- Maintain a strong commitment to workplace safety and ensure compliance with established safety standards.
- Assist with planning maintenance activities, coordinating resources, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Skill Set
- Minimum of 4 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience.
- At least 2 years of supervisory or maintenance leadership experience within an industrial environment.
- Strong PLC programming and troubleshooting experience.
- Experience troubleshooting Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
- Knowledge of industrial automation systems.
- Experience with industrial electrical wiring.
- Strong understanding of AC and DC motors.
- Experience maintaining conveyor systems and overhead cranes.
- Excellent electrical troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
- Proven ability to lead a team while remaining hands-on with equipment and repairs.
- Strong communication, coaching, and organizational abilities.
Preferred Experience
- Allen Bradley PLC platforms.
- HMI programming or troubleshooting.
- Heavy manufacturing, metals, steel, mining, automotive, paper, or similar industrial production environments.
- Continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives.
