Lighting Commercial National Accounts Distributor Sales
Location: Remote – Open to candidates near major airports nationwide

In this role, you’ll maintain and grow national distributor relationships, while leveraging cutting-edge products and a tech-forward infrastructure. With dedicated quoting and inside sales support, you’ll focus on what you do best – driving revenue and expanding your reach across the U.S. and Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for national account distributors, developing and maintaining strong, long-term partnerships.
- Maintain and grow revenue from existing distributor relationships while strategically identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
- Conduct high-level sales engagements with key decision-makers in national account organizations.
- Deliver top-tier service to ensure continued customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Utilize CRM systems and AI tools to manage pipeline activity, track deals, and forecast sales.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform strategy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with quoting, marketing, and product teams to provide customers with a seamless sales experience.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years focused on national account sales within the lighting industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a commission-driven environment.
- Strong existing relationships with national account distributors and familiarity with their processes and needs.
- Technically savvy – skilled in using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), and open to using AI to increase sales productivity.
- Motivated, competitive, and self-driven with a high level of energy and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Willing and able to travel approximately 50%, including quarterly team gatherings.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred. Lighting certifications a plus.
