Sales Director – Agriculture Digital Marketing

Location: Remote, Nationwide

The Director of Sales will lead a national team focused on delivering cutting-edge digital marketing solutions to ag manufacturers, equipment dealers, and other ag-adjacent businesses.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and continuously refine sales strategies for the organization’s flagship digital marketing solutions.
  • Coach, mentor, and lead a team of 15 experienced, geographically dispersed sales representatives across the Midwest and Eastern U.S.
  • Bring modern sales practices into a traditionally relationship-driven environment, balancing legacy approaches with innovative techniques like SEO, PPC, and digital campaign optimization.
  • Define and monitor KPIs to track performance, inform strategy, and drive accountability across the sales organization.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align sales initiatives with broader business objectives.
  • Lead customer engagement efforts by presenting digital marketing solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing strategic deals.
  • Assess underperforming territories or reps and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
  • Own forecasting, sales pipeline development, and budgeting in partnership with Finance and the Executive Team.


Required Background:

  • 7–10+ years of progressive experience in sales leadership, preferably in B2B or digital marketing services.
  • Proven success managing a distributed sales team and executing high-growth strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of the agricultural industry is required.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing tools, campaign strategy, and performance metrics.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate high-level business goals into tactical sales plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a mix of modern and legacy sales professionals and unify them under a common vision.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Willingness and ability to travel 50% of the time.
