Senior Business Consultant

Focus:
- Serve as the lead consultant for enterprise system projects, particularly ERP deployments, across the manufacturing sector.
- Conduct business process analysis and deliver recommendations to align operations with ERP functionality.
- Provide expert-level guidance on system configurations, business modeling, and operational best practices.
- Deliver hands-on consulting support to clients through project lifecycle phases including planning, testing, training, and go-live.
- Lead workshops and training sessions for end users and internal teams, ensuring system adoption and operational alignment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, both remotely and on-site, to develop tailored ERP solutions.
- Translate complex business requirements into effective ERP system solutions that support production, inventory, finance, and supply chain functions.
- Document solutions, test plans, and status reports, maintaining strong communication with project stakeholders.
Skill Set:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with ERP software in a manufacturing context, specifically involving Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI/SyteLine) or comparable systems.
- 3+ years of experience in a business consulting or business analyst role within a manufacturing setting.
- 5+ years of direct industry experience in manufacturing operations, production planning, or related functions.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to drive discussions around process improvement and technology transformation.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within the US for client engagements.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., APICS, CPIM, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing).
- Experience with project management methodologies and ERP implementation frameworks.
- Exposure to international manufacturing operations and compliance standards.
