Senior Business Consultant (SyteLine/CSI)

Focus:

• Serve as the lead consultant for enterprise system projects, particularly ERP deployments, across the manufacturing sector.
• Evaluate operational workflows and provide strategic guidance to ensure alignment with ERP system capabilities.
• Deliver high-level advisory support on platform configuration, workflow structuring, and proven operational methodologies.
• Support clients throughout key project milestones, contributing to execution, adoption, and overall rollout success.
• Facilitate sessions with stakeholders and teams to promote effective system use and alignment across operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, both remotely and on-site, to develop tailored ERP solutions.
• Translate complex business requirements into effective ERP system solutions that support production, inventory, finance, and supply chain functions.
• Develop supporting documentation and share regular progress updates to keep stakeholders aligned.

Skill Set:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ERP software in a manufacturing context, specifically involving Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI/SyteLine) or comparable systems.
• 3+ years of experience in a business consulting or business analyst role within a manufacturing setting.
• 5+ years of direct industry experience in manufacturing operations, production planning, or related functions.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable with frequent domestic travel as needed for business activities.
• Bonus Qualifications:
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., APICS, CPIM, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing).
• Experience with project management methodologies and ERP implementation frameworks.
• Exposure to international manufacturing operations and compliance standards.
