National Carrier Accounts Manager

A leading innovator in broadband infrastructure solutions is expanding its strategic sales team. We are seeking a dynamic, high-performing National Carrier Accounts Manager to drive growth among Tier 1 and Tier 2 telecommunications providers. This fully remote role offers the chance to lead national sales initiatives with some of the most recognized names in the telecom industry, focusing on solutions that power critical broadband deployments across the country.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the national go-to-market strategy for broadband carrier accounts, including a primary focus on Tier 1 and Tier 2 service providers.
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with executive stakeholders to drive multi-level engagement and long-term growth.
  • Champion a consultative, solution-based sales process tailored to outside plant and central office connectivity solutions.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and convert leads through targeted prospecting, discovery, and value-driven proposals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support customer requirements, certifications, and solution delivery.
  • Guide customers through complex, technical sales cycles with clear communication and subject matter expertise.
  • Maintain detailed pipeline activity and customer intelligence through CRM and reporting tools.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technology within the broadband space.


Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of success in selling broadband or telecom solutions to Tier 1 and Tier 2 carriers.
  • Deep network of executive relationships within national carriers, particularly within large-scale infrastructure teams.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospect to close.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to orchestrate cross-functional teams within a matrixed environment.
  • High business acumen and a strategic mindset focused on long-term growth and client success.
  • Comfortable working remotely with frequent travel (up to 60%) to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related technical field preferred.
