Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

On-Site | Bridgeton, MO

Join a fast-growing pediatric therapy network that keeps caseloads intentionally small, embraces a play-based ABA model, and equips clinicians with the autonomy to do their best work. You will guide six or fewer young learners with ASD toward meaningful milestones while collaborating daily with a tight-knit, interdisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership

  • Complete nuanced developmental and behavioral assessments, then translate findings into individualized therapy roadmaps.
  • Design, launch, and refine behavior-support plans that boost communication, independence, and social-emotional skills.
  • Review data trends weekly, celebrate progress with families, and pivot programming when outcomes stall.
  • Produce clear, payer-ready documentation within allotted planning time (one remote day per week).
  • Uphold BCBA ethics, ensuring every intervention is evidence-based and child-centered.

Team Mentorship

  • Coach RBTs and practicum students through live modeling, in-the-moment feedback, and competency checks.
  • Lead micro-trainings on prompting hierarchies, data reliability, and naturalistic teaching strategies.

Family Partnership & Collaboration

  • Hold frequent, solution-focused consultations with caregivers, turning everyday routines into learning moments.
  • Coordinate goals with on-site speech and occupational therapists to deliver truly integrated care.

Quality & Growth

  • Maintain an on-site roster of no more than six clients to safeguard treatment quality.
  • Contribute ideas for program expansion, new center launches, and community outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA in good standing and Missouri LBA (or eligibility).
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Hands-on experience in pediatric or early-intervention settings.
  • Strong clinical judgment, organization, and documentation skills.

Why You’ll Love It Here

  • Protected Caseloads – six clients max, so you can dive deep.
  • Predictable Schedule – Monday–Friday, no nights or weekends.
  • Hybrid Flexibility – dedicated planning/documentation time off the clinic floor.
  • Built-for-Purpose Clinics – sensory-friendly spaces stocked with modern materials.
  • Career Pathways – transparent advancement to Lead BCBA and Clinical Director as the organization scales.
  • Mission-Driven Culture – administrative tasks handled for you, so the focus stays on kids and clinical excellence.
