Our client is seeking an experienced Architect who is ready to take greater ownership of project delivery while remaining closely connected to design, technical execution, and client relationships. Focus:

• Take ownership of architectural deliverables across design development, documentation, and construction phase activities.
• Develop coordinated drawing packages that translate design concepts into practical, construction ready solutions.
• Work alongside project leadership to organize deliverables, schedules, priorities, and resources throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate architectural work with engineering disciplines, specialty consultants, contractors, and other project partners.
• Build productive client relationships through clear communication, thoughtful problem solving, and active participation in project meetings.
• Mentor junior professionals while promoting strong documentation practices, collaboration, and accountability across the team.
• Evaluate drawings and project information for technical quality, constructability, coordination, and alignment with applicable requirements.
• Support construction administration by addressing field questions, reviewing project information, and helping resolve design and coordination issues.

Skill Set:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• 5 to 10 or more years of professional architecture experience with progressively greater project responsibility.
• Strong technical foundation with demonstrated experience carrying architectural projects through construction.
• Proficiency in Revit with working knowledge of BIM based coordination and multidisciplinary project workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to work directly with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Ability to balance design intent with technical requirements, constructability considerations, schedules, and project objectives.
• Architectural licensure is preferred but not required, with continued professional development and advancement encouraged.
• Experience with public, educational, institutional, healthcare, or similarly complex building environments is beneficial.
