Enterprise Systems Transformation Lead (Contract)
Location: Remote (United States)
Compensation: $70–100/hour
Duration: 3–6 Month Contract
A growing organization is transforming its enterprise technology landscape and is seeking an experienced Enterprise Systems Transformation Lead to coordinate a large-scale business systems initiative spanning multiple operating companies.
This role is focused on leadership, governance, and execution—not hands-on system configuration. The successful candidate will coordinate implementation partners, align executive stakeholders, guide business process transformation, and ensure multiple enterprise initiatives remain synchronized from planning through deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead governance and coordination across enterprise software implementation initiatives.
- Manage integrated project plans spanning multiple workstreams and implementation partners.
- Coordinate executive stakeholders, business leaders, and external consulting teams.
- Identify project dependencies, risks, and opportunities across multiple initiatives.
- Facilitate business process documentation and cross-functional alignment.
- Support testing readiness, deployment planning, and organizational change management.
- Drive executive reporting, project governance, and decision tracking.
- Help standardize business processes across a growing portfolio of operating companies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience leading enterprise systems or digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience managing ERP, CRM, or enterprise software implementation programs.
- Strong business process analysis and cross-functional project leadership experience.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate implementation partners and executive stakeholders.
- Experience leading organizational change management initiatives.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
- Experience supporting enterprise software implementations or business transformation programs is highly preferred.
