Senior Manager, Revenue Systems (RevPro & Automation)

Location: Hybrid, Boston, MA (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

Focus:

  • Act as a key driver in evolving revenue operations infrastructure, emphasizing efficiency and long-term growth across the end-to-end sales process.
  • Outline and advance future plans for revenue operations systems, focusing on efficiency and workflow refinement.
  • Oversee enhancements and rollouts of key financial platforms tied to revenue processes and reporting.
  • Work with various stakeholders to maintain alignment between tools and organizational priorities.
  • Distill complex ideas into clear, usable insights for a general audience.
  • Identify/prioritize improvement opportunities, ensuring they support broader objectives.
  • Guide testing and review efforts to help ensure successful system changes.
  • Evaluate how changes in offerings and business approach may affect existing systems and workflows.
  • Support continuous optimization by leveraging automation and improved process design.

 

Skill Set:

  • Relevant academic background in a business or technical discipline.
  • Min 7 yrs experience supporting and evolving revenue operations or system landscapes within larger organizations.
  • Experience working with platforms that manage rev-related processes.
  • Solid understanding of the full rev lifecycle/related operational frameworks.
  • Understanding of core rev workflows, governance, and underlying financial concepts.
  • Experience working across interconnected business systems in a technology-driven environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to draw connections between data, systems, and outcomes.
  • Professional certification or related accounting experience is preferred.
