Senior Manager, Revenue Systems (RevPro & Automation)
Location: Hybrid, Boston, MA (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

- Outline and advance future plans for revenue operations systems, focusing on efficiency and workflow refinement.
- Oversee enhancements and rollouts of key financial platforms tied to revenue processes and reporting.
- Work with various stakeholders to maintain alignment between tools and organizational priorities.
- Distill complex ideas into clear, usable insights for a general audience.
- Identify/prioritize improvement opportunities, ensuring they support broader objectives.
- Guide testing and review efforts to help ensure successful system changes.
- Evaluate how changes in offerings and business approach may affect existing systems and workflows.
- Support continuous optimization by leveraging automation and improved process design.
Skill Set:
- Relevant academic background in a business or technical discipline.
- Min 7 yrs experience supporting and evolving revenue operations or system landscapes within larger organizations.
- Experience working with platforms that manage rev-related processes.
- Solid understanding of the full rev lifecycle/related operational frameworks.
- Understanding of core rev workflows, governance, and underlying financial concepts.
- Experience working across interconnected business systems in a technology-driven environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to draw connections between data, systems, and outcomes.
- Professional certification or related accounting experience is preferred.
