If you thrive on building high-impact alliances, driving pipeline, and seeing ideas become revenue, this role gives you the runway and executive visibility to do exactly that.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute programs that grow partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline in corporate and mid-market accounts.
  • Deliver enablement sessions, workshops, and demo environments that equip partner sellers and solution architects for success.
  • Collaborate with marketing on webinars, regional events, and thought-leadership campaigns that drive demand.
  • Track KPIs such as incremental revenue, opportunity conversion, and return on investment, adjusting tactics for maximum impact.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource on new threat trends, compliance influences, and recommended approaches for securing cloud systems, endpoints, and email platforms.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, finance, legal, and operations teams to remove roadblocks and accelerate close cycles.

Skill Profile

  • At least seven years of experience in sales or partnership-focused roles within the broader technology sector.
  • Consistent record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets while growing strategic partner relationships.
  • Familiarity with value-added resellers, global systems integrators, and distributor go-to-market models.
  • Strong business planning, forecasting, and data-analysis abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage both technical and business audiences.
  • Ability to travel up to 35 percent for partner and customer meetings across Eastern Canada and occasional U.S. trips.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field preferred; bilingual English/French is an advantage.

Why Apply

  • Direct ownership of a Tier-1 partnership with clear executive sponsorship.
  • Competitive base salary, uncapped commission, and accelerators for over-performance.
  • Fully remote flexibility within Quebec with leading collaboration tools.
  • Comprehensive benefits, stock purchase plan, and annual learning stipend.
  • Join a mission-driven team safeguarding critical data while advancing your own career in a high-growth security market.
