Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape the future of unforgettable experiences through innovative structural solutions.
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle, including client management, budgeting, scheduling, and design coordination.
  • Offer customized design solutions for structural frameworks, catering to both transient and fixed setups, including but not limited to mobile canopies, construction support systems, and equipment rigging.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure compliance, safety, and client satisfaction.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership on complex, high-visibility projects.
  • Travel occasionally for site inspections, client meetings, or field verifications.

 

Qualifications:

  • With a rich background spanning more than 6 years in structural engineering, marked by notable successes in the live events, entertainment, and themed environment industries.
  • Preferred candidates hold a Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, though a Bachelor's degree in either field is considered.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) certification is a must.
  • Highly skilled in utilizing design and structural analysis software, with added proficiency in BIM/Revit being a desirable asset.
  • Exceptional client engagement and communication skills with a consultative approach.
  • Capable of managing multiple concurrent projects with varying size and complexity.
  • Comfortable navigating active job sites and climbing structures when necessary.
