Our confidential behavioral-health partner is expanding access to evidence-based assessment and care across Colorado’s Front Range. This hybrid Psychologist role offers a $7,500 onboarding incentive and the freedom to turn data into meaningful impact, working alongside a top-notch team of innovators in assessment and care.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-spectrum psychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults, integrating cognitive, academic, executive-functioning, and socio-emotional data into clear diagnostic conclusions.
  • Select, administer, and interpret standardized instruments (examples include WISC-V, WIAT-4, ADOS-2, Conners) in line with best-practice guidelines.
  • Transform raw findings into reader-friendly reports and person-centered recommendations that empower families, schools, and referral partners.
  • Partner with a multidisciplinary assessment hub to streamline scheduling, scoring, and warm clinical hand-offs.
  • Participate in peer consultation, program development, and quality-improvement projects that expand access to gold-standard care.
  • Champion ethical practice, cultural humility, and trauma-informed principles in every client interaction.


Qualifications

  • Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an accredited program.
  • Active, unrestricted Colorado Psychologist license—or eligibility within 90 days of hire.
  • Demonstrated expertise in psychological assessment and diagnosis across the lifespan, including neurodevelopmental and mood/anxiety presentations.
  • Proficiency with commonly used test batteries and report-writing software.
