Commercialization Sales Leader - Hyperscaler

Location: Remote, Seattle and Austin preferred


A growth-focused industrial technology company is expanding its commercial reach in advanced infrastructure markets and is looking for a senior sales leader to help shape that next chapter. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who thrives in greenfield environments, knows how to open strategic accounts, and can turn early market momentum into durable revenue. The role offers executive visibility, broad cross-functional influence, and the chance to help define how a scalable commercial motion takes shape in a fast-moving customer landscape.


What You Will Do

  • Own a national go-to market strategy for hyperscaler and cloud infrastructure accounts.
  • Build senior relationships with large strategic customers and align solutions to their operational and business priorities.
  • Turn complex customer requirements into commercial plans, partner actions, and measurable revenue milestones.
  • Guide opportunities from early qualification through pricing, launch readiness, and long-term account expansion.
  • Partner with product, operations, and leadership teams to remove friction and strengthen long term account growth.
  • Help shape account strategy, market messaging, and commercial priorities for a business entering a high growth segment.
  • Serve as a trusted voice with external stakeholders while coordinating effectively across internal technical and business teams.
  • Bring structure, urgency, and follow through to complex sales cycles that require strong executive communication.

  • Faster progress from initial customer interest to approved supplier or commercial partner status.
  • Stronger traction with large scale infrastructure accounts in priority markets.
  • Better alignment between customer demand, internal execution, and revenue conversion.

What You Bring

  • Significant experience in strategic sales, account leadership, or commercialization within complex B2B environments.
  • A strong record of selling complex hardware or infrastructure solutions into large scale enterprise environments.
  • Existing or recent relationships with hyperscaler, cloud, or similarly sophisticated strategic accounts.
  • Ability to navigate long sales cycles involving technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
  • Confidence leading cross functional initiatives that span commercial, engineering, and operations teams.
  • Strong executive presence, sound judgment, and a builder mindset.


Preferred Background

  • Experience in data center infrastructure, advanced hardware, industrial technology, or adjacent technical markets.
  • Familiarity with customer environments where qualification, supply readiness, and cross-regional execution matter.
  • Comfort operating in a role that blends account growth, commercialization strategy, and market development.
