Second Shift Industrial Electrical Supervisor
Location: On Site in Warren, OH
Schedule: Six-day work schedule, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM with one weekday off each week

Focus
- Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and technical guidance to a team of electrical maintenance professionals responsible for supporting a high-volume production environment.
- Provide hands-on leadership by assisting with electrical troubleshooting, repairs, and equipment recovery during production interruptions.
- Diagnose and resolve issues involving programmable control systems, automated production equipment, and industrial electrical components.
- Diagnose and resolve issues involving Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), industrial wiring, AC and DC motors, conveyors, and overhead cranes.
- Coordinate maintenance priorities with production leadership to maximize equipment uptime and operational efficiency.
- Champion proactive maintenance strategies that enhance equipment performance and minimize unexpected production interruptions.
- Support a positive and productive work environment while encouraging teamwork and operational excellence.
- Provide guidance and support to team members while encouraging continued professional growth and development.
- Recommend and support initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and overall team performance.
Skill Set
- Minimum 4 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Background supervising employees or serving in a maintenance leadership capacity within a manufacturing setting.
- Working knowledge of programmable control technologies and automated production equipment.
- Proven experience troubleshooting Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
- Experience working with industrial automation systems.
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical wiring practices.
- Experience maintaining and troubleshooting AC and DC motors.
- Experience maintaining and supporting a variety of industrial production equipment.
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to work alongside technicians when needed.
- Strong communication, coaching, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of automated manufacturing systems and production control equipment.
- Allen Bradley PLC experience is highly preferred.
- Background in heavy manufacturing environments such as steel, metals, automotive, mining, paper, foundry, or other industrial process facilities.
- Track record of identifying opportunities to enhance day-to-day maintenance operations and support business objectives..
