OEM Sales Manager

Focus:
· Own and expand OEM relationships across compute, infrastructure, and hardware programs in the U.S. market
· Manage opportunities from initial outreach through pricing, negotiation, forecast alignment, and long term account growth
· Build trusted partnerships with sourcing, procurement, and engineering stakeholders
· Translate customer build plans and product roadmaps into actionable demand signals for internal operations teams
· Use market pricing, inventory trends, and lifecycle timing to position memory solutions effectively
· Partner closely with internal teams to support delivery execution, responsiveness, and account retention
· Develop new logo business while strengthening existing customer engagement in priority segments
Skill Set
· Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred
· At least 5 years of success in semiconductor or memory component sales, with exposure to DRAM, NAND, or SSD offerings
· A strong track record selling into U.S. based OEM environments
· Established relationships with decision makers across procurement, sourcing, or hardware engineering
· Working knowledge of supply chain movement, demand planning, and product lifecycle considerations
· Strong commercial instincts, negotiation ability, and customer communication skills
· A self directed, entrepreneurial approach suited for a high growth environment
