Job Title: Product Manager

Overview

Reporting to the COO, you will have executive visibility, authority to shape how products are built, and full ownership of a high-priority product line that directly drives revenue growth and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Elevate Product Operations - Map current discovery-to-delivery workflows, identify bottlenecks, and present a 90-day action plan that boosts velocity and quality.
• Redesign Business Processes - Partner with Operations, Finance, Compliance, and Engineering to streamline end-to-end processes, introduce automation, and define KPIs such as cycle time, throughput, and adoption.
• Own a Flagship Product Area - Craft vision, strategy, and roadmap; lead discovery, MVP scoping, iterative releases, and post-launch optimization with a relentless focus on user value and measurable impact.
• Institutionalize Delivery Excellence - Establish backlog governance, documentation standards, and data-driven prioritization frameworks that create predictable shipping cadences.
• Champion Data-Driven Decisions - Instrument products for analytics, run structured experiments, and translate insights into feature enhancements that boost engagement and retention.
• Explore Intelligent Automation & AI - Evaluate emerging technologies that reduce manual effort and unlock new user experiences.

Background

• 8+ years in Product Management, Program Management, or Product Operations within tech-driven organizations.
• Demonstrated success redesigning cross-functional workflows and improving Agile delivery predictability.
• Proven ability to define and track business and product KPIs, turning insights into action.
• Executive-level communication skills-you can translate complex data and process recommendations into clear, persuasive narratives.
• Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps; SAFe®, CSM®, or similar Agile certification a plus.
• Comfort working in fast-moving, high-visibility environments where ambiguity is the norm and impact is measured in outcomes, not output.
