Architectural Project Manager

What You Will Do:
- Lead architectural projects from initial planning through construction completion, ensuring alignment with design intent, timelines, and budgets
- Facilitate project meetings, establish clear agendas, and maintain accurate documentation throughout all phases
- Partner cross functionally with design, technical, and leadership teams to drive quality and consistency across deliverables
- Oversee preparation and submission of construction documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory and permitting requirements
- Manage client communication and maintain strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle
- Direct bidding processes, including documentation, contractor coordination, and responses to project inquiries
- Provide oversight during construction administration, including site visits and progress evaluations
- Support financial oversight through time tracking, billing coordination, and scope management
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering professional growth and technical excellence
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and contribute to client development efforts
What You Bring:
- Proven experience managing architectural projects across renovation and ground up construction
- Strong understanding of building systems, construction documentation, and industry best practices
- Familiarity with permitting processes and agency coordination
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency with design and documentation tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, and related platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related discipline preferred
- Architectural licensure preferred but not required
- Approximately 6 or more years of professional experience, including project leadership responsibilities
