Focus
- Lead technical onboarding efforts from discovery sessions through launch, helping customers translate workflow needs into deployable solutions
- Act as the bridge between customer stakeholders, internal engineering teams, and external platform partners to keep implementations aligned and moving forward
- Support integrations across APIs, ATS environments, and SaaS platforms, ensuring dependable data flow and scalable operational design
- Guide architecture discussions with both technical and business audiences, including live whiteboarding, solution walkthroughs, and deployment planning
- Troubleshoot implementation issues tied to authentication, configuration, data mapping, and cross-platform connectivity
- Document repeatable deployment patterns and customer feedback to improve future rollouts, internal resources, and product evolution
Skill Set
- Background in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Technical Customer Success Engineer, or Implementation Engineer
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, ATS ecosystems, workflow architecture, SaaS deployments, and technical troubleshooting
- Comfort working with contemporary development tools and languages used for integration, automation, and deployment support
- Exposure to cloud platforms commonly used in enterprise software environments
- Working knowledge of applied AI and machine learning concepts relevant to production workflow design and intelligent automation
- Familiarity with data platforms, search technologies, and modern storage systems used in scalable application environments
- Exposure to containerization, release workflows, environment management, observability practices, and production support tooling
- Ability to communicate confidently with customers, engineers, and business stakeholders, even without being a hands-on software engineer
- Experience running meetings, presenting technical concepts, and translating complex workflows into practical implementation plans
- Comfort operating independently in ambiguous, fast-changing startup environments
- Strong stakeholder coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple dependencies and keep projects on track
- U.S. Citizenship strongly preferred due to customer environment exposure
- Experience in federal, cleared, ATS, HR technology, or GovTech settings is preferred
