Focus
- Drive territory growth by developing relationships with manufacturers, automation partners, and integrators in a defined region.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through proposal development, negotiation, and close.
- Partner with technical and applications teams to align robotic solutions with customer goals and production needs.
- Build and expand a network of channel relationships and strategic end users to create long-term revenue opportunities.
- Maintain accurate pipeline activity, territory forecasts, and account plans within the CRM.
- Represent the business at customer meetings, demonstrations, industry events, and partner engagements as needed.
- Travel throughout the assigned market to support customer development and regional account growth in a hybrid work model.
Skill Set
- Bring several years of business-to-business sales success in robotics, industrial automation, motion control, or a related technical field.
- Offer consultative selling experience with capital equipment, robotic systems, or automation platforms.
- Demonstrate success building relationships with integrators, OEMs, manufacturers, or other industrial customers.
- Show strength in account development, partner engagement, communication, and commercial negotiation.
- Be comfortable working independently, managing regional travel, and building momentum in an emerging market.
