Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic growth initiatives targeting small business accounts through a prominent national channel partner.
- Build and deepen relationships with partner executives and acquisition-focused sales teams to influence pipeline growth and market penetration.
- Drive net-new customer acquisition by designing and executing scalable business plans, promotional strategies, and enablement programs.
- Deliver outcome-based training and tailored messaging to partner teams focused on emerging business opportunities.
- Partner with internal and external marketing teams to align co-branded campaigns and demand generation events.
- Position company solutions to align with SMB customer priorities, including cost-effective security, compliance, and scalability.
- Analyze performance data, track ROI from investments, and continuously iterate for higher impact.
- Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on cybersecurity trends for partner stakeholders and end customers.
- Serve as a key liaison between internal functional teams and the partner to ensure streamlined support and growth execution.
Qualifications:
- Proven success managing strategic partnerships within national IT resellers or distribution networks, with a strong focus on SMB customer segments.
- Demonstrated experience in cybersecurity or SaaS product sales, with a deep understanding of partner ecosystems and acquisition models.
- 7+ years in channel sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong grasp of the SMB buying journey, with the ability to craft compelling acquisition strategies.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence across multiple levels of an organization.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to performance measurement and optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% for in-person meetings, industry events, and partner engagements.
