Project Executive – Mission-Critical Construction
Location: On-Site in Arizona or Texas
A rapidly expanding general contractor is building a best-in-class mission-critical/data-center division across the Southwest. They have active pursuits in both Arizona and Texas and must present a named leadership team to secure awards. As the Project Executive you will be the face of these marquee programs - running $200 million-plus campuses, mentoring high-caliber teams, and shaping a division that offers real equity upside.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the full project life cycle - from preconstruction strategy and go/no-go input through turnover - for large-scale mission-critical or data-center builds ($200 million–$700 million).
- Serve as the primary client partner, strengthening relationships that generate repeat work and new pursuits.
- Build and mentor high-performing teams, modeling a hands-on, sleeves-rolled-up leadership style that inspires trust and followership.
- Oversee project financials, risk, schedule, procurement, and change management to achieve commercial targets and protect margin.
- Champion site safety and quality excellence, reinforcing OSHA standards and a “zero-incident” culture.
- Actively support business-development efforts - interviewing with owners, assembling pursuit teams, and positioning the company for new markets.
Experience & Qualifications
- 10+ years leading large commercial or mission-critical projects as Senior PM, Construction Manager, or Project Executive.
- Proven record delivering $200M–$700M data-center or complex technical facilities.
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; OSHA 30 preferred.
- Financial acumen in cost control, risk mitigation, schedule recovery, and contract negotiations.
- Stable career history with the ability to travel between Arizona and Texas as projects demand.
