Strategic FP&A Lead – Digital Infrastructure

To fuel this trajectory, we are searching for a Strategic FP&A Lead who can transform finance into a real-time command center that guides site selection, capital deployment, and long-range growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Overhaul and scale the FP&A framework, introducing automation and data dashboards that keep pace with multi-site expansion.
• Own enterprise-wide budgeting, rolling re-forecasting, and long-range cash-flow planning to ensure optimal liquidity and capital efficiency.
• Build dynamic valuation and scenario models to assess power procurement, land acquisition, and phased construction.
•  Advise senior leadership on capex allocation, project financing structures, and portfolio optimization.
• Craft board-ready presentations and investor packages that translate complex analysis into crisp strategic narratives.
• Design a KPI architecture and consolidated reporting cadence that aligns development, construction, and operations.
• Partner cross-functionally to quantify project risk, drive performance accountability, and surface actionable insights.
• Champion continuous improvement of the finance tech stack, integrating ERP, BI, and forecasting tools.

Ideal Profile

• 10+ years of progressive FP&A or strategic finance experience within capital-intensive sectors (digital infrastructure, energy, real estate, etc.).
• Demonstrated success building FP&A functions in high-growth or start-up settings.
• Fluency in advanced financial modeling, scenario analysis, and long-range planning.
• Proven track record partnering directly with founders, C-suite, and external investors.
• Expert command of Excel plus modern ERP / BI platforms; MBA, CFA, or CPA a plus.
• Self-starter who thrives on ownership, clear communication, and fast-moving environments.
