About the Opportunity

A privately held real-estate developer is reshaping Dallas’s skyline with an iconic residential tower. They need an Assistant Construction Superintendent to take charge of interior finishes and help deliver a first-class buyer experience. You will work side-by-side with a nationally recognized Senior Superintendent, perfecting every detail from drywall to final punch-out while advancing toward a full Superintendent role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interior Finish Execution – Oversee drywall, millwork, stone, flooring, paint, lighting, and trim to achieve luxury-grade quality.
  • Trade Sequencing & Coordination – Maintain the two-week look-ahead schedule and lead daily huddles to keep all crews productive.
  • Schedule & Turnover Management – Track unit progress, identify risks early, and deliver every turnover milestone with minimal rework.
  • Punch List & Close-Out – Build digital punch lists, drive rapid resolution, and lead acceptance walks with owners, designers, inspectors, and buyers.
  • Safety & Documentation – Champion a spotless, safe, and compliant jobsite while producing daily reports, photo logs, and inspection records in Procore.

 

Qualifications

  • 3-8 years supervising interior or finish trades on Class-A multifamily, hospitality, or luxury residential projects.
  • Ability to read drawings, finish schedules, and architectural details.
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and subcontractor-management skills.
  • Proficiency with Procore (or similar platform) plus Microsoft Office and Bluebeam.
  • Physically able to walk active floors and climb stairs or ladders throughout the day.

Preferred:

  • Background in carpentry, millwork, or a related finish trade.
  • Experience on luxury high-rise or four/five-star hotel projects.
  • OSHA-30 certification.
