Senior Manager, Semiconductor Process Integration
Location: Greater Salt Lake City, UT Area (On-site)
A cutting-edge semiconductor manufacturing facility in the Salt Lake City region is seeking a Senior Manager of Process Integration to lead a high-impact engineering team focused on driving yield, performance, and parametric improvements across advanced process nodes (65nm and below). This leader will be embedded within the factory leadership team and will spearhead initiatives critical to achieving operational excellence in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Head a team of process integration specialists focused on enhancing device yield, speed, and production quality.
- Serve as a core member of the factory leadership team, helping shape both daily operations and long-term technology roadmaps.
- Own and drive initiatives around parametric performance and test data analysis to ensure high yield and quality output.
- Lead efforts on technology transfer, device improvement, and process troubleshooting for advanced analog and embedded process nodes.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with manufacturing, R&D, reliability, test, and packaging to meet factory-level objectives.
- Establish and implement process integration goals that support broader factory ambitions.
- Guide and mentor engineers, building leadership capacity and deepening technical capabilities.
- Leverage data analytics to inform and drive process technology enhancements across multiple domains.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, or a related field with a focus on semiconductor device physics.
- Seasoned leader with expertise in driving team success in fast-paced production environments.
- Deep expertise in process integration, device physics, and parametric yield improvement—especially in sub-65nm technologies.
- Demonstrated expertise in transitioning technologies into manufacturing processes.
- Strong understanding of test methodologies, device characterization, and statistical process control.
- Skilled at cross-functional leadership and communication at all organizational levels, including executive leadership.
- Practical experience in troubleshooting yield and device-related issues under tight time constraints.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and project execution capabilities.
Preferred Experience:
- Hands-on experience with 65nm to 28nm process nodes in a production setting.
- Familiarity with unit process physics and integration dependencies.
- Prior leadership of technology development and transfer activities.
- History of driving strategic growth and innovation in production environments.
- Ability to drive high-pressure resolution of process integration issues with tight turnaround requirements.
