Sales Development (SDR) – Supply Chain SaaS

Location: Remote | Nationwide (U.S.)

 

Our client is transforming how global manufacturers, retailers, and logistics leaders optimize their supply chains through a best-in-class SaaS platform. In this newly created SDR seat, you will team with a dedicated Account Executive and Account Manager “pod,” executing highly personalized, account-based outreach that opens doors at the most recognizable brands in industrial, CPG, retail, and transportation. If you love deep research, creative prospecting, and quality conversations more than hitting a dial-counter, this role is your launch pad to a fast AE track in a people-first, Great-Place-to-Work-certified culture.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with pod teammates to select high-potential target accounts and build multi-channel sequences (phone, video, LinkedIn, email) that resonate with executive supply-chain buyers.
  • Conduct rigorous account and industry research—mapping org charts, business drivers, and pain points—to craft value-led outreach that stands out in the inbox.
  • Qualify inbound certification/training leads and smoothly hand off discovery details to closers.
  • Maintain flawless Salesforce hygiene and leverage modern tools (ZoomInfo, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach/Salesloft) for data-driven prospecting.
  • Share campaign feedback with Marketing, iterate on messaging, and help shape SDR playbooks from the ground up.

 

What You’ll Bring

  • 18–24 months of quota-carrying SDR/BDR success in complex B2B SaaS or supply-chain tech environments.
  • Demonstrated strength in account-based marketing (ABM), strategic research, and consultative discovery—quality over volume mindset.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ideally Outreach or Salesloft.
  • Supply-chain, logistics, manufacturing, or retail domain knowledge is a strong plus.
  • Strategic, curious communicator eager to learn, collaborate, and grow into an AE role.

  • Base Salary: Competitive base salary with up to $15K variable tied to pod revenue and individual KPIs.
