Infrastructure Operations Leader

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate corporate growth objectives into a multi-year infrastructure roadmap that balances innovation, risk, and ROI.
  • Direct end-to-end build-out and operation of data centers, networks, cloud estates, and core platforms across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Manage nine-figure budgets, asset utilization, and service-level KPIs to ensure maximum business impact per dollar spent.
  • Drive always-on reliability, rapid incident remediation, and continuous service improvement through ITIL-aligned processes.
  • Champion zero-trust principles, regulatory adherence, and robust incident-response playbooks that safeguard IP and customer data.
  • Inspire and develop a distributed team of engineers, architects, and service owners; foster an inclusive, high-performance culture.
  • Evaluate emerging tools (AI-ops, edge computing, private 5G, etc.), create pilots, and scale winning solutions company-wide.
  • Negotiate strategic partnerships that unlock innovation, cost savings, and roadmap influence.

 

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years directing large-scale IT infrastructure and operations, including 5+ years in a senior global leadership post.
  • Proven command of hybrid-cloud architectures, data-center modernization, network engineering, and DevOps/automation toolchains.
  • Track record of owning enterprise budgets, contracts, and executive-level communications.
  • Deep knowledge of security frameworks and data-privacy regulations.
  • Exceptional people leadership skills with a passion for talent development and DE&I.
