A national leader in wireless infrastructure solutions is expanding its real estate acquisition team and seeking a Telecommunications Site Leasing Specialist. This position plays a critical role in facilitating growth across cellular and wireless networks by securing land rights and navigating lease negotiations for key telecom sites. About the Role


As a Telecommunications Site Leasing Specialist, you will act as the primary point of contact between infrastructure stakeholders and property owners. You will negotiate the acquisition of lease amendments, rent reductions, easement agreements, and site access rights to enable ongoing telecom operations and new builds. This is a quota-driven, consultative sales and real estate negotiation role that is best suited for high-energy professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, transactional environment.


This position offers structured training, peer mentorship, and direct support from leadership, all within a collaborative and remote-first culture. The right candidate brings strong communication skills, organizational discipline, and a passion for building long-term relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of lease negotiations for telecom assets, including amendments, extensions, consents, and real estate rights acquisitions.
  • Conduct 25–30 daily outbound calls to engage property owners and present compelling lease offers.
  • Negotiate favorable lease terms for telecom clients and achieve individual and team-based closing quotas (target of 42 transactions/year).
  • Deliver tailored presentations via phone, video, and email to convey value propositions to property stakeholders.
  • Review and interpret lease, deed, and easement documentation, assisting in due diligence and issue resolution.
  • Accurately manage documentation through platforms like Salesforce, DocuSign, and property data tools.
  • Collaborate on mass outreach campaigns, including direct mail, cold calls, and lead follow-up.
  • Provide clear and concise reporting on lease pipeline status, closing forecasts, and key performance metrics.
  • Maintain professional relationships with landlords and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication throughout negotiations.


Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in telecommunications leasing, site acquisition, or commercial real estate negotiations.
  • Strong understanding of lease agreements, easements, and rights-of-way for wireless infrastructure assets.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding closing quotas in a sales or leasing environment.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM software, as well as tools like DataTree and DocuSign.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  •  Ability to self-direct and maintain high productivity in a fully remote setting.
  • Comfort working in a transactional, high-volume role with time-sensitive objectives.
