Business Development Manager


Location: Remote with Monthly Travel to the Greater Omaha Area

What You'll Do:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your knowledge of the logistics industry.
  • Develop strategic sales plans and execute them to achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, providing tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies and introduce innovative approaches.
  • Serve as the bridge between clients and the internal customer service team to ensure seamless transitions and sustained account growth.


What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of sales experience in logistics, transportation, or a related industry.
  • Proven experience in brokerage sales with a strong dry van and reefer book of business.
  • Proven ability to bring in new business and meet/exceed sales goals.
  • A self-starter with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience creating and executing sales strategies, with a focus on targeting key accounts.
  • Flexibility to travel monthly and engage in on-site collaboration.
