Position Overview:
The Wireless Infrastructure CM will take the lead on construction oversight across multiple in-building wireless projects throughout the region. This includes direct oversight of site crews, quality assurance aligned with RF design standards, and consistent project reporting. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish preferred), experienced in DAS construction, and adept at managing simultaneous job sites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across multiple DAS installation sites throughout South Florida.
- Coordinate and lead subcontractors and internal technicians to meet milestones.
- Review RF system designs and conduct walk-throughs to validate layout accuracy, cabling paths, and component placement (headends, IDFs, antennas, etc.).
- Deliver regular site reports and updates to the Operations and Project Managers.
- Verify the quality of workmanship and compliance with system specifications.
- Serve as the technical point of contact for vendors, crews, and clients on-site.
- Ensure project documentation and change orders are recorded accurately.
- Proactively identify and resolve field-level challenges.
- Maintain compliance with safety protocols and installation standards.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of construction management experience in wireless infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record managing DAS deployments in environments such as hospitals, airports, multi-use commercial properties, or other large venues.
- Strong knowledge of coaxial, fiber optic, and wireless equipment installation.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred due to site demographics.
- Familiarity with OEM systems such as JMA, Commscope, ADRF, Corning, or SOLiD.
- Ability to interpret RF system drawings and perform verification walks.
- Experience coordinating across multiple subcontractors and internal field techs.
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency with project tracking tools and MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
