Engineering Manager – Network Infrastructure

They are seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager specializing in Network Infrastructure to lead their dynamic engineering teams. Focus:

  • Lead and mentor a diverse team of engineers across various communication projects, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of engineering solutions in telecommunications and network infrastructure.
  • Maintain and enhance proficiency with cutting-edge design tools, modeling software, and specialized applications to deliver superior engineering outcomes.
  • Ensure all engineering practices adhere to current codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Skill Set:

  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Telecommunications, or Systems Engineering from an ABET-accredited program. A Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
  • At least 12 years of experience in Telecommunications or Systems Engineering, with a proven track record of leading engineering teams within the construction industry.
  • Must hold a Professional Engineer license.
  • Certification as a BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) is required.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft systems and the ability to navigate and utilize the latest industry-standard software and tools.
  • Demonstrated capability to lead and build teams handling a wide spectrum of communications projects.
  • Strong foundational knowledge in telecommunications, network infrastructure design, and a general understanding of related communications systems including Wireless (Wi-Fi, DAS, PSDAS, and Radio Systems).
  • Expert problem-solving skills with the ability to provide innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of fostering a collaborative team environment and managing cross-functional projects.
